Digital Guidebook

CHECK IN

Welcome! Upon arrival scan the standalone QR code for our Digital Guidebook, which includes house information, local activities, and dining recommendations.

Feel free to adjust the thermostats in each room for your comfort, but please do not change the refrigerator or freezer settings. Please note, plastic tumblers are not dishwasher safe. Tupperware may be placed on the top rack only. Thank you for helping us take care of our home. Once you’re settled in, unpack, relax, and enjoy your stay.

CHECKOUT

Checkout is no later than 10:00 AM. Your keycode will deactivate at that time, so please plan accordingly.

We kindly ask that you leave the home as you found it, broom clean, and return all furniture and items, both indoors and outdoors, to their original locations. Our cleaning team will take care of floors, counters, bathrooms, and laundry.

Before leaving, please strip any used beds and place used towels on the bathroom floors. Remove all food from cabinets and the refrigerator, and either discard or take with you everything you brought. Please place all trash in bags and dispose of it in the fire escape cans one level down. Recyclables must be placed in clear bags.

Please ensure all dishes and cookware are cleaned and put away, or running in the dishwasher. Lastly, close and lock all windows, and lock the front door and sliding glass doors.

ACCESS

Keyless entry is provided for your convenience. Your unique access code will be sent to you 72 hours prior to arrival. This code will activate at your scheduled check-in time and remain active for the duration of your stay.

WIFI

You and your party are welcome to use the WiFi Porter located on the kitchen counter to easily access our guest network. Simply tap your phone to it and you’ll be connected instantly. The network name and password are also printed on the bottom of the porter if needed.

PARKING

Two parking spaces are available for your use directly in front of the entrance. Additional parking can be found in the lot located just in front of the rental if needed.

SAFETY

A first aid kit is located in the drawer beneath the cable box in the kitchen. The fire extinguisher can be found near the living room fireplace. All appliance and equipment manuals are also stored under the cable box in the kitchen for your reference.

  • Golf at the Whiteface Club– our club course ranked 5th in New York State. Unlimited golf is included for each guest during your stay. Please be sure to register and book tee times directly with the Whiteface Club in advance using the link above. Golf cart rentals are available for $30, and clubs are available for rent.

  • ​Tennis at the Whiteface Club - the club has 5 Har Tru courts and a pro shop with lessons available. Rackets available for rent.

  • ​Beach/Marina at the Whiteface Club Marina - beach with no lifeguard; beach passes included with rental and must be picked up at the Whiteface Club. Marina rents all kinds of watercraft (fees apply) 

  • Cross Country Skiing at the Whiteface Club - in winter, the resort grooms cross country trails on the golf course. You can rent any equipment you need from the Club's Nordic Center.

  • Ice Skating at the Whiteface Club - the resort creates a SMALL ice rink on the putting green in winter, complete with fire pit and s'mores, perfect for the littles!

GRILLING

Turn Grill On: Make sure the propane tank underneath is turned on first. Then use the burner knobs to ignite.

To Turn Grill Off: Turn off the burners, then turn off the propane tank underneath.

Grilling Utensils: Located in the kitchen cabinet below the cable box.
